A FEW LINES FROM THE HARDBACK RIGHT BEHIND YOU
Had a family once.
Father. Mother. Sister. Lived in our very own double-wide. Brown shag carpet. Dirty gold worktops. Peeling linoleum floors. Used to race my Hot Wheels down those food-splattered counter-tops, double loop through ramps of curling linoleum, then land in gritty piles of shag. Place was definitely a shit hole. But being a kid, I called it home.
MY REVIEW
Totally booked my time reading this fast heart beating psychological thriller.

Nine-year-old Telly Ray Nash and his little five-year-old sister Sharlah had a family once. Their father drank too much or snorted too much. In a drunken rage their father knifed their mother to death. The father with the knife came after Telly and Sharlah . Telly had a bat he beat their father to a pulp. The police took Telly Ray away and Sharlah never saw her brother again. Retired FBI profiler PIerce Quincy and his wife become foster parents to Sharlah. Telly Ray Nash shot and killed his foster parents. More fast heart-beating moments over whelmed me. For me personally Right Behind You has been my favourite read by Lisa Gardner.
