Laura was found dead sitting in her car near The Darned Heart Ranch for troubled kids.  Laura worked as a housekeeper for Robert Prince and his family. Robert on the rich list was married to former model Ingrid Frank.  Detective Janine Hooks who worked on cold cases and Ren Bryce lead the investigation into the shooting and want to find out why was Laura driving towards the Ranch for troubled kids.  Some very dark secrets are hidden in this gripping thriller.
